Company Overview:

Financial Force is a relatively new addition to world of online accounting, courtesy of a cloud computing monolith parent company. Salesforce.com has won endless awards over its 15 years of trading and currently operates on revenues of almost $5 Billion per year – Financial Force is heading in the same direction. Founded in 2009 and headquartered in San Francisco, this Cali-company produces a whole bunch of business programs included an accounting solution which gives even the most established competitor a real run for their money.

OrganizationERP-like tools within the online accounting software make running a business easy.
MobilityFully cloud-based interface makes waiting to log your expenses a thing of the past.

How It Saves You Time:

Financial Force is designed to give you more time to focus on growing your business and one of the key objectives is to “help shorten period close cycles.” Automation makes it easy to set up recurring payments, late billing reminders and thank you notes for completed closures. Think about how long you spend doing that at the moment!

How It Saves You Money:

The ‘General Ledger’ within Financial Force is a complex software item that facilitates deep dives into big data. It’s capable of handling multiple currencies across multiple companies, reducing the need for expensive third-party software, but also enables costing transfers between companies and business units.

How It Saves You Hassle:

The ‘Accounts Payable’ module helps to “streamline and automate” a lot of the tasks that you or your team will currently be spending hours on. Once set up, you can step back and watch incomings and outgoings filter through routing pathways with no human input. Vendors can automatically be paid electronically, as can invoices be sent out in the same vein.

How To Get Started:

Financial Force isn’t your average online accounting software, it is part of a multi-billion dollar per year parent company with international business. As such there isn’t a quick trial or instant sign-up; you must sign up for a free product trial and discuss your options with a Financial Force sales rep. You can get the ball rolling by hitting “Request demo” in the top right of the home page.

Price Chart:

Financial Force AccountingFrom $175.00

The fee structure of Financial Force can seem impenetrable to your average customer who wants to compare and contrast pricing of software solutions. There are no prices published on the website and we had to contact the company to find out what the price range is - $175.00/month minimum. No two packages are the same and Financial Force can bolt-on additional features to meet specific needs, making it a highly customized solution that meets every business need that you have. There’s no denying that $175.00 is at the premium end of the spectrum, but the ERP-like features on offer here make it an understandable cost for fantastic software.
